Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will give you complete authority over your mailboxes and email newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a new mail account in no time and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can forward mail messages from one mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponders and shield your e-mail boxes against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply specify the mailbox account you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
